From what I can tell it's another way for them to present information from Yahoo's index but show you entire or bits of pages (might all be yahoo internal pages) instead of just showing a list of links. KIndof like Google's widgets in a way, but generated by your search.

Seems to be very limited in content and not brilliantly explained anywhere on the Yahoo site, but found this page which kindof gives some indications.

As for being included - suspect if you're in Yahoo you might be included eventually.

Ta ... I've got quite a lot of pages listed in it from stats showing links in - not entirely sure what their purpose is really...
