Removing Nofollow on Wordpress Categories

Hi All

On my main site Google is indexing fine but on SEO Elite it says the categories are being used as backlinks but says "Yes (meta tag nofollow)

I cant see any reference to a nofollow looking at the code and SEO For Firefox doesnt bring any red boxes up

Any ideas out there how to enable it fully

Have you tried using All in One SEO plugin and checking the category no follow in the settings for the plugin?
