Does anyone know who manages the eBay partner network accounts?

I've noticed that yesterday I received 345 clicks which was double what I've received in total for October. I've checked my visitor stats and none of my sites has showed a drastic increase in visitors for yesterday so am perplexed as to the drastc increase in clicks from the average per day to yesterday's clicks.

I'm concerned that th clicks could be the result of a 'rogue' visitor to my site who took great pleasure in clicking the eBay links several times. Could this result in me getting banned by the network? I can't find a link within my account where I can contact whoever manages the eBay accounts.
