Just got a mailing from Zencudo.......

They've launched a cashback shopping site

    http://www.zencudo.co.uk/shopping/

    More competition for Neil!

There seems to be a new cashback/reward site of some sort appearing every week now!

Just been looking through their new site and they have a section that effectively encourages users to do 'actions' just to earn cash back.

Surely this will not produce 'quality' leads and will get affiliate marketing a bad name??

    A quote from the site:

<i>"What Are Quick Cash Shops ?
Quick cash shops simply earn you money for performing some kind of action. For example, it may be that you simply need to have a registration accepted for a credit card. There are notes with each shop explaining the requirements. "</i>

    Theres loads of them too!

it's things like that that stop people (including us in the past) from running PPC or PPL programmes.

used zencudo in the past for some advertising and the click through rates weren't inspiring to say the least... one program ended up at around £13 per click !!!! as I paid per 1000 impressions..

can't say as I am a fan of zencudo at all..

Think all these will ultimately confuse people!

They want to get online, buy something then go down the pub or watch east enders! There is a proportion of people into this but, jeez why don't people build content sites anymore?
