Hi all
I've been using the free pop-up survey from iPerceptions (4Q) and recently noticed that a lot of the feedback I get has been for the merchant sites that I'm promoting instead of mine. From a customer's perspective, they land on my site, see a pop-under survey, decide to fill it in later, land on a merchant site then fill it in.
Thought I'd just share this for anyone trying to get feedback on their site via pop-up surveys
