You could have a look at
www.everyone.net
www.hivemail.com
The first one used to offer a free service, not sure whether they still do.
Does anyone know of any good services online that will provide free email accounts to our customers on our domain.
Free ones of ones that cost are both good.
Cheers

Yes eskimo everyone.net Sponsored Mail is back online more info:

A survivor personality is a winning personality that longs to win in the long-term, within the big picture and not one that looks only to succeed within individual moments.
I use everyone.net on one of my sites, but I wouldn't recommend it any more.
It has loads of popup ads, many of which try to install scumware like gator.
Much better to install a webmail system yourself, where you can control (and profit from) the ads.
I had a look at Hivemail when I was setting up another site, and it looks excellent, but it doesn't handle multiple domains properly, so I bought Webumake Mail - http://www.webumake.com/wmail/index.htm
Webumake and Hivemail both have affiliate programs I'm sure someone here will be happy to earn some commission if you decide to buy!
Thanks for all the great advice
Has anyone else tried webumake before, and does anyone think it looks any good.
Thanks again,

The answer to all my problems. Cheap too. Thanks Jeff.
As i can't join the affiliate program myself and earn commission would someone like to post a link please. I'll be ordering this when i get up (about 11am).
We'll be taking everything on the list, so it'll be worth someones time.
Now let me get this right. They pay 20% comms, i'm gonna spend $500+ with them, and no-one wants the $100 commission.
Just tried to sign up as affiliate so I could get ya dosh but you have to be customer for 30 days before you can - darn itOriginally posted by Freebie

If the email notification thing on the forum was working I'd have known about it last night![]()
Sorry Jeff, i bought it all at 11.30am.
So far impressions are very good. Got an immediate email. They processed my payment in an hour, and sent a confirmation email. 2 minutes after i received links to the download. 1 minute later i received a questionnaire to answer if i wanted them to install it all for free for me.
I have just used their help desk, with a tech question. That'll be a better test of service offered.
I've been toying with the idea of giving free email accounts away to members. The problem I have is what about spammers who get a hold of an account, spam away and then it is your domain that is held responsible. My current hosting provider is taking a pretty hard line on this scenario - it is my hosting account therefore I am responsible for the spam. Bottom line my account gets closed down.
Are there web hosting companies who take a softer approach and would just require me to terminate offending accounts on request ?
If you use Webumake mail to provide email accounts you can set it up so that users have a limit to the number of emails they can send per day, and the number of recipients per email.Originally posted by watcher

Serious spammers are unlikely to use a webmail service where they're only able to send a limited number of emails a day.
