Meta Tag Copying

Just discovered a rival site has copied all our meta tags word for word except they have replaced our name with theirs. Whilst all the words are generic it does grate that they didn't have the decency to even alter the order!.

Should I raise it with them now in case they accuse us of copying their meta tags in the futures

I really wouldn't worry about it, if they're in the same industry as you then their metatags are always going to be very similar and the keywords tag is pretty much useless nowadays anyway.
