Is anyone owed outstanding commissions?
An affiliate posted that they were still owed outstanding commissions from the Jackpotjoy deal that was running at DGM earlier this year.
I didn't start working for Gamesys (Jackpotjoy) until after this deal had ended so I wasn't aware that this was the case, and thanks to this affiliate I have now been enlightened.
If any affiliates are still owed commissions from those dark days and you want to get paid, then please send me the relevant details and I will process them for you.
Chris.wesson@gamesys.co.uk
Kind Regards,
Yours sincerely,
Chris Wesson.Chris

Erm, I'm owed about £3000, honest. I don't have any stats thought to back it up as I never did promote you but I'm sure somehow I did make £3000 commision somewhere

No, seriously, great step to take and reflects well on the image of yourself and JackpotJoy if there has been commisions not paid which you didn't know about but are now addressing the issue.
Cheers
Wardy

I tell you what, I was in shock when I read it.
I'm now trying to get to the bottom of what happened as we speak so that we can resolve this issue and never let it happen again.
Hey Wardy, you been promoting our Scratch Card content unit?Chris

As far as I remember the deal was CPR and %age commission - some CPR sales were validated, but don't ever recall getting %age commissions - and the program just faded away.
Chris can you confirm that users who registered under the DGM system are "lifetime members" of JJ under that format - as iirc I get the odd email from JJ and I think it still says something like ukaffiliates games or something...
And if they are "lifetime members" and still playing - who gets the commission?

I was informed this morning that it was a CPA deal but I will confirm this with you as soon as I have the details in front of me.
If it is life time rev share then I need to find out what kind of tracking is still in place and follow it up accordingly.
Jason, did you promote it whilst it was on DGM?Chris

Yes - stats wise it wasn't the greatest program (payment on a paying player registering) for earning though.Jason, did you promote it whilst it was on DGM?

'Yes - stats wise it wasn't the greatest program (payment on a paying player registering) for earning though'.
Ouch that hurts - take it back (lol).
It's wierd because our top performing affiliates are running away with it and producing conversion rates of nearly 17.5% from UV to Free player registration and 10% from Free reg to Pay to play.
Interestingly, the average EPC has now risen to around 40p, so i'm thinking that Profit Share is the way to go as you get the benefits of being in it for the long run.
As you know, all it takes is for one 'Whale' (big money player) to come along and you can earn far more from it than by being on a CPA deal.Chris

That was back in Feb-May 2002 - not sure what our figures are with you now though compared to TD affiliates, but it's much more healthier (although our free to paying ratio will always be lower than average based on our type of user).
But yeah... I like profit sharing programs!
