It was brought to our attention a couple of days ago that there are some disgruntled affiliates who promoted Jackpotjoy whilst we were on DGM earlier this year.

Today, the Jackpotjoy program is at TradeDoubler and the affiliate id is stored in the player database upon player creation thus providing a full proof player life-time tracking solution.

When Jackpotjoy was at DGM irregularities occured because of how players were tracked at the time. And subsequently the program was ended.

Moving forward, DGM and Gamesys (Jackpotjoy) will be working through the reports that were generated during that time and making sure any outstanding commissions are paid accordingly.

It is important to note that it was never the intention of Gamesys or DGM to withold commissions or information from affiliates and we are now working together to do all we can to ensure that we honor any outstanding payments.
