looking for ppc people wanting to make a fortune

Some here know me some don't.....over the years we have delivered about £300 million in sales to partners. The numbers above are not made up........

Well we are playing with ideas to grow things hugely and hence are looking to build a ppc team ( so far we have done our growth with no ppc team). Hence I am looking to talk to people who can do ppc well.

We are very non conventional in what we do and how we operate. I am a great believer in trying anything and everything and over the years have spent millions on "silly" ideas. We have over 40 full time staff across 4 offices and probably in the region of 100 external contract staff. I can be an opinionated git, but I do like to laugh loads and loads Most of our staff have been with us for a few years.

My office is based in Lichfield and we would expect you to be based there.

Salary - we will pay ok, but also will pay a percentage of all profits that you can generate and your team can generate.

I am on a mission to make all our key staff £100K's each aswell as laughing lots and pissing off loads of pompous arseholes Want to join the fun???

Just to clairfy Doug we did meet with Simon, he put us in a difficult situation. allow you to bid on brand or you'd take your traffic elsewhere. Given the campaign terms were clear from the outset its not an unreasonable request to ask you not to bid on the clients brand terms.
in relation to the commissions paid, the terms for the campaign were clear, commission, like dominos is payable on New customers, I agree that this isn't ideal but its what we've got available to work with. (i could say more on this matter but it's irrelvant to this thread.)

in addition, to be clear, neither myself nor my team posted SCR's comments.

Good luck with your PPC project, and I am being genuine about that, I've got no grudge with Doug or anyone he works with.
