In the next month or so we will be rolling out a new product targeting job hunters.

I've been looking and there seems to be a real lack of viable programs for the recruitment market.

I know of Workthing on TD and their used to be a couple of more niche programs on AW but other than that I can't find much else of relevance.

Am I missing any good employment programs anywhere?

Once we have launched and got conversion rates nailed down we will offer a program for our service - we'll buy a banner or something on the forums to announce the official launch - but in the meantime and out of interest is anyone out there sitting on a lot of recruitment traffic that they are struggling to monetise?

    Neil,

I may be wrong here, but pretty sure Workthing creatives have NOT been updated for a very very long time.

looks to me like someone just forgot that they even have an affiliate program

    Hey Shak

Yup, Workthing don't appear to be that pro-active.

There doesn't appear to be much in the way of opportunities to monetise employment traffic. Hopefully, we will be able to correct that

Good luck Neil it's about time the traditional recruitment market was sorted out. So many recruitment sites are on the verge of going under with the struggling economy and free advertising like Reed. A sensible site and the market is there for the taking.
