Go for Affiliate Future instead just say to Pete I sent you, infact dont otherwise he`ll charge you double lol
Clix is ok instant traffic pools and stuff but not one of the most used networks.
Hi,
Whilst having a bit of a debate as to whether to start my own affiliate scheme (as opposed to promoting other peoples!), I stumbled across ClixGalore.
Not somebody I'd heard of before, any thoughts or experiences?

I can't say I recall reading a good word spoken about Clix Galore

They pay via PayPal (so you lose a % due to credit card transaction fee), have crap communications (in my own personal experience) and their merchants are usually middle of the road 'can I really be arsed promoting them' type of stuff.
Now then, what about a good word... Ah ha! They guarantee payment like AF, I knew I would find one![]()
I want that one...
Good thing about paypal though
You can convert dollars into pounds straight away.
2.5% for merchant transactions, but at least your not paying £8 or more cashing American cheques.
I have been worried about one merchant from Clix Galore that was a viagra seller, so I pulled it from one of my websites. I have got another stockists in the UK with them, but I might end up pulling those as well, but have seen their name mentioned a few times so thought why not.
Also Paypal is owned by Ebay and you can use it for the auctions and stuff but thats beside the by.
The general consnsus is that only the very small cottage industry merchants use them so if you don't want to be tarred with that brush stay away.
Running as a corporate gold merchant on ClixGalore and the results are poor!
Some affiliates being paid on CPM are only getting like 1 click in 10,000 impressions which is disgusting!
1 in 10000? Even honest to god link testing without trying to scam more money would yield more than that. Or some of the more heavy hander search engine spiders. Are they really poor banners (or whatever) or do they have super duper click duplication spotters?
Be afraid, be very very afraid.Originally posted by Mark Norville

Acording to paypal I owe them $500 for an Item that I sold on Ebay and the person that brought it used a dodgy credit card. I got the money out of my paypal account before they reversed it but damned if I'm going to give it back to them.
Also a mate at work brought a phone off ebay just before christmas using ebay & paypal and the seller has done a runner. Paypal has said can't help and ebay has said go to paypal.
Catch 22.5 is if he reverses the creditcard transaction with his bank then paypal will put his account negative because they can't get the money back off the seller.
read this it is very interesting. www.paypalsucks.com
BTW you did read the latest T&C that you agreed to didn't you. Especially the bit that states that you allow them full access to any bank account that you have linked to paypal.
I know this is not strictly related to the discussion but I feel that people need to be warned.
Roger.
Thanks for the info Flea Pit.
Would you say that there is 1 good word for every 10 bad ones at Clix Galore?
Better web space, I'd go with AF if I were you.
