Reverse billing SMS service

Anyone know a good source for setting up a reverse billing SMS service (preferably with no setup fee

)

We're thinking of adding a 'results by SMS' service to our motorsport site so would like to be able to earn some revenue from the service.

Its something I keep looking into, but have never got round to picking someone. From memory, Opera Telecom seem to do good revenue shares, but I think their inital costs were quite hi - would need to do something like 40000 messages per month to break even. (but that was for my own 5 digit shortcode, if you just want a keyword on a shared number it should be a lot cheaper)

I'll have another dig arround as I have been thinking of doing something similar on a site.

Sort of off topic, does anyone know if all picture phones can send pictures to an email address? I know some can, but didn't know if its a global feature. Or do you know what happens if you try to send on to an older phone that can't display it. thx.

Been looking at the same thing - micropayments - went around a few and still looking for exactly the same thing with low or no setup fees. No luck yet, setup fees are scary and some also have very chunky revenue share.

Just a thought - wouldn't it be cheaper to have your own premium rate line and some sort of automated cut-off for fixed small payments like the voting system on Pop-Idol ?
