UK Marketing Office - Job Opportunities

Hope everyone has had a great start to the New Year and I would like to take this opportunity to mention the launch of our UK affiliate operations office.

Silver Arrow Marketing's head office is in Costa Rica and we have satellite offices around the world, due to the clients global demands.

As our company our main focus is an affiliate as well as running affiliate programs for a variety of online companies including the profitable internet gaming sector.

We are looking into recruiting the following people to work full-time out of our office in London, UK:

>> Affiliate Marketing Manager
>> Affiliate Associates
>> Portal Moderators
>> Office Administrators

We have a very successful portfolio and will have a management team in the UK for the last week in January and during this time we would like to meet people interested in the post. All the salaries we offer match expected industry standards.

Simon,

have you considered offering any of these roles as a home-based basis? I'm just thinking that the top affiliates are based all over the UK and not just in London. So if you want to open the scope up a bit more then could any of these positions be viable working from home? Or what about on a part-time basis?

Costa Rica is a great place and we always welcome people here. The cost of living here is extremely cheap (expecially with the US ecomony continuing to decline).

We have an operations office already in London which needs staffing. We are a very dynamic company and are looking into working with all types of people. A lot of the work requires the Affiliate manager to work closely with the designers and meet with people throughout Europe and this is why we have choosen London as the central base. We have considered homebased employment in the past. The work we do with our clients is very exciting and will involve possible trips to the tropics.

I am from Newcastle myself and moved to CR about 5 months ago and before that I lived on thr Caribbean island of Curacao for two years.

Just read the job discription, I`m buggered, do you need a tea boy instead?

Not sure how many forums there are but there always a good start as a few live in London already.

Can also try a search for SEO message boards as there might be a few hanging around inside there from the UK.

Haven`t a clue for London newspapers as in the civilised end of the country

I know there are trade papers and broadsheets for this kind of recruitment but as for the names maybe someone more qualified can come up with some names.

Thats one website you may try and contact to see about putting up adverts etc or asking if they know people.

Just wish I had learnt my a c b's now more at school, probaly choke on the wages you would probaly be paying

Will look into the forum. We have 3 people who work just in SEO for Silver Arrow Marketing and are set in this sector for the time being. Our main lack of people is in the affiliate area and management.

Come on guys, there are 1,482 members of this forum and someone must know someone interested in an exciting change. I would like to thank those who have already applied and our CEO will arrange a meeting with you in the coming months.

The busiest time of the year for us is the day of the Super Bowl and it is all hands on deck then (Sunday 1st of Feb and for this reason we can not attend the get2together even though we would like to).
