I've had a snoop around and the best I can come up with is the admin contact for their allocated IP range (!) He's got a phone number and @happygroup email, so hopefully he'll be able to help you out.

Could try their hosts Chorver on 01959 700 100 or 01959 54 2000 and see if you get any luck with them.
