    Yes,
Ours is updated everyday and just ran a full system check and we're clear (normally run a full check around once a week anyway)

We're getting alot of bounces coming back to us at [various names]@domain.com - just random ones.

    Cheers,
    Mark.

We're getting a lot of that here as well - possibly where our domains have been spoofed to use for spamming.

Also had a few incoming addressed to random names - all being caught nicely by Norton though.

They are flooding in on my computer, I read somewhere that some ridiculous number of people don't even have anti virus software - they must be lovin' it today.

We're getting loads of bounces here too. I thought someone was sending loads of emails from our addresse but it seems it just this virus doing it based on your problems too.

    What a load of hassle.

    Hope it stops soon.

before directing people to buy a product that may be blocking your affiliate links...try sending them to Symantec for the FREE removal tool...

It's very clever from what I can work out it looks at your address book and emails you have got and fakes the headers to other people as if it comes from someone other than you, but it's actually a real person, but not them that is infected it's someone else.. got one “from” TD today but it wasn’t from there system as far as I can see, looks like one of the affiliates who has had an email from them also has me in there address book.. Interesting virus.

Certainly causing major problems for me - even though I've got sites across a number of hosts - one went down for 10 minutes this morning as it got overloaded on its webmail service and now another site has just come back up having been down for 45 minutes.

Words can not express the pain I would like to inflict on parts of the anatomy of whoever wrote this virus
