In the last couple of weeks we've had TotalJobs go from BeFree - they're not restarting and Fish4 go from advertising.com.

CareerEngineer don't seem to convert and Workthing are only paying 5p and other's have said that they weren't included in the last payment.

So could you networks please get some recruitment co's on board.

    and niche sites

The recruitment market is picking up, competition is hot I tellya, so PLEASE get some on!

    Any other's I've missed?

The problem with recruitment affilates, is that they don't earn money directly from the people you refer to them.

With normal affiliation, say.. mobile phones, the person you refer is the person that buys the phone.

It's not so easy correlating affiliate payments for job seekers with sales from recruitment agencies.

What would you consider an acceptable referral fee ?

The interesting thing is that recruitment firms do spend a lot of ££ on ppc.

Recruitment is like affiliate marketing, you can make good money for doing very little, I know I worked in recruitment and did just that, though of course it's the recruitment company and not the employer making the real money.

So if you get someone a job at £25k the recruitment agency will typically charge £5k. The hard part is usually getting good clients. So if a recruitment company could introduce an affiliate scheme where they pay 10% say of any fees generated from introduced clients than that could be hugely profitable.

Surprised it hasn't been done yet.

I have just designed a site for a recruitment service provider that sells their services to employers.

If anybody thinks that they may be able to optimize for companies looking to recruit rather than job seekers looking for jobs then they may be open to the idea but they are aimed at tmeployers, not job seekers.

On the plus side the commission could be very very good because they charge quite a bit for their services.

    You could try these people

    www.justgroup.net

You need to send an email to Anthony (affiliates@justgroup.net)

If you sign up can you tell him that Keith from Railfest2004 sent you (and maybe he'll up my commission).

Standard commission is 25p per registration but goes up to 99p per registration depending on volume.
