The site looks great but is lacking in the info department. What about equipment, you don't say whether it is usb, ethernet etc, what about the contention ratio. Your prices seem quite high, I know of a few companies that offer 1/2mb adsl for about £9 less so why go with BlueFresh? Not trying to pick fault, but you need to cover all users questions. No need to put it all on the one page but have links here and there which will cover all bases.
    I want that one...

First of all your site has a nice fresh, clean design and is nicely laid out. Very easy on the eye too.

I liked the way you have 4 Broadband categories on the left hand side of the page, the eye is drawn to them straight away. And the Student Broadband is a nice touch.

However I click on "Home Broadband" and I am taken to a sub menu like this:

    Home 500
    Home 500
    Home 500
    Home 1 MB
    Home 2MB
    Home 1 MB
    Home 2MB

What is the difference between the 3 Home 500 packages?? Maybe you should rename them or at least state what the difference is on this menu. Having 3 links with the same text confuses the user.

Anyway, I click on the first Home 500 link and am taken to a page telling me a bit more about it. I can see straight away that the setup fee is £69.99 and the monthly cost is £24.99. So far so good, looks very clear and simple. But where are the details about the modem/router? Surely these should be on this page too? Do you give away a free modem? Or do you offer them for sale? Where do I find this info?? Oh well I can't be arsed to look so I'm off elsewhere.

OK then let's pretend that for some reason this doesn't put me off and I want to purchase your services. Where is the "buy" or "next" button? Oh there it is in the top right corner of the box. I didn't see it as it's the same colour as the box and doesn't jump out. Just a minor niggle but how about making it really stand out to the user? It honestly took me a few seconds to find it.

Anyway, say I've found it and I click on it. I immediately get taken to some form of registration page where I have to give my full address, name, dob, user name, password, phone number etc. Why should I go to the bother of filling all this in? I only want to know if I can get broadband in my area at this stage. Most of the other ISP's have a number checker at this stage, maybe you should consider that? As a potential customer I would be put off straight away having to fill all these personal details in before finding out if I can get broadband. Yes, there is a line checker on your homepage but your very eye catching menu on the left hand side of the page led me straight to your products so I missed it!

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

We will add a Phone/post code look up this weekend and also add more info to the pages about items. And add A order now Button on each of the areas that needs it.

    Thanks for your feed back

Likes: the layout (in fact I love it!)

    Dislikes:

    - the animation - I couldn't stay on the page it was too distracting!
    - Same as above, click on Home Broadband and then you have no idea what to select next. Need a description of each type being offered and the pros & cons of each.

You're missing "is" in the following:
"Enter your phone number (without any spaces) into the box below to find out if our ADSL service available in your area" should be "service is available in your area".

Navigating to the Access page and then to any of the selections on the bottom menu (Privacy, Home Contact etc) brings up a 404 Not Found from a page of (probably) your supplier. You may want to correct that.

Looks great, agree with other comments, perhaps fade out or stop the animation quite quickly because it is very distracting.

    Hello,

You might want to take a look at http://www.bluefresh.com/AboutUs.php

    How much does migrating cost?

There is a cost of £??.?? (inc VAT). Please note that payment for service migration must be made using a credit or debit card.

Very nice...........the animation looks good but it does distract from the content after a while.

I noticed a lot of the internal links were JS, the SE's may have some trouble follwing these.....
