Best Personal Number Rates?

Does anyone know which merchant offers the best rates for either sign-up or preferably ongoing revenue for personal numbers ??

By this I mean numbers to which your can specify a number that diverts to a number of different destinations (find-me) of the user's choice.

PS: I am looking for free sign-up programs only.

Any help appreciated

earn 10p per minute, customer can pick a free number, and then select which number/s it forwards to.

customer also gets a free keyring with the number on and they can upgrade to more memorable numbers too.

OK, so maybe I'm being thick here, but what's the catch? How can you afford to pay 10p a minute when you're not charging the customer. Do you somehow get paid by the Telephone service provider, because they bill the person that dialled the number?

Also, I don't want to be picky, but 1stStop really out to make sure that the word "receive" is spelt correctly - it doesn't inspire confidence as it's used a lot. "Arrears" also need correcting.
