from personal experience I can recommend pipex (if you're feeling generous quote aoyo20 when signing up). We've never had any issues with them, solid as a rock and our office systems are on 24/7.

Hello there,
I am just about to get a web site for my business and want to have affiliates but I need to use my business premises to work from. Can you recommend the best value service provider for broadband. I think BT business and Tiscali just reduced their prices but there is so much competition!!
any recomendations would be helpful.
thanks in advance,
Dave

Hate to be contrary, but Pipex are top of my "wouldn't touch with a bargepole" list. Once spent a total of 16 hours on hold to them in a week. Ended up having to nearly become a stalker to get a resolution.
I currently use Newnet.co.uk . Not stunning in any way, but no complaints either.
Pipex have been great for me too.
I get great little emails telling me when BT are messing with the exchange doing stuff which people on other ISPs don't get apparently...
I they had some teething issues when they introduced ADSL services because the sold so much tech support couldn't cope. This has now changed and shoudl you every need them (i've done so about twice in 2 years) you get through in couple of mins tops.

Glad to hear that they have it sorted. Those problems were about a year ago.
