Yahoo.com Inktomi - Now as One?!?!

Please look at www.yahoo.com, I think they have finally done it.

I've looked in the last 30 min and observed Inktomi results are now being served on the .com search.

Please have a look as it differs from what results are being feed on www.yahoo.co.uk

let me know if you see any thing different! Enjoy......

Yeh, deffo seem differenet.
First site I've checked and I'm a few places higher than in google on some phrases.
Have looked at one site and getting MORE Yahoo than google coming to my site so far today (when it was mainly google before)

do a search on yahoo uk

and then remove uk. from the address bar and refresh

Nope, not working.

Have you got an example of a keyword/s search that gives results totally different than Google.com on Yahoo.com?

I know that some of Ink results are similar to Google, etc.

That's the exact search term I just checked

Yahoo is definitely showing different results to Google.

Can't wait until MSN launch their new engine. This should put affiliate marketing on new ground and give us all a better chance of getting great listings.

The days of the google monopoly may finally be over...

The results are undoubtably more spam friendly, just check out the Yahoo cache on www.online-casino-riches.com when doing a search for "online casino".

The page highlights the term "online casino" in the page.

It's lit up like a christmas tree!

If that isn't spam then I don't know what is!

yep definately Ink results on yahoo.com. very interesting.

Not done as well as I do on google but all in all a better state of affairs than having all your eggs in one basket.

I'll just have to hatch a few different kinds of eggs now....
