Received that last week.
I'll bet that they rely on people NOT asking for their money back after 180 days.
Statistics show that even if consumers are unhappy with a product/purchase and it is covered by a "money back" guarantee they won't trouble to ask for their cash back if the cost was for an expendible amount of money.
The money back guarantees of such services usually state something like:
"if you don't achieve XYZ and as long as you have tried our product exactly as specified for 180 days then will will give you your money back, no questions asked"
Almost nobody ever trys a product exactly as written for 180 days consecutively....
