We have an affiliate bidding on the search term "Bingo" and their copy is about 6 months out of date.

I want to contact them and would be able to if I could see their affiliate ID.

Is there a way of doing this without clicking on their link and costing them?

View source, and search the source code for ad copy. This will let you ID the ad. Then pick the link address apart carefully, the aff id will be buried in there, but you'll find a load of "%20" type entities in there too, taking the place of spaces, = chars, etc

If you know the structure of the linking mechanism, you should be able to work it out

And am having no luck in identifying the affiliate id. It seems that the click through URL is hidden away in a cryptic code.

It's coming out all gobledy gook.

    Thanks for the pointers though.
