Hi everyone!

I try to read all new threads & although many fly over my head ( non techie ) I usually find some interest in most.
Two points are constant ;- the comradship displayed & the apparent desire to build an ethical business.

interesting not really from the phone no. issue - to quote Shane it was fecking fundamental. It was the issue of 70% leakage from the travel industry Malcom raised, that caused interest.

The travel industry has always been a business that interests me - for many reasons, so this posting grabbed my interest & again raised a question that constantly pops up in my head when reading the many posts - especially posts complaining about a lack of good merchants in a certain field, or complaints about conversions etc.

Why not band together to create an online business;-
Owned by affiliates, promoted by affiliates & run by affiliates.

There are many aspects to running a successful business but essential no deal/business can be accomplished without three essential elements ;-
1) You need a product/service
2) You need to sell it
3) You need to be able to finance the operation.

This principle applies to every business opportunity. To put it in affiliate terms;-

If I can 3) afford to buy a computer, pay for broadband, pay for software, etc

I can 2) sell things over the internet

if I can find 1) good products ( converting merchants ).

Take any element ( 1, 2 or 3) away & it all collapses. This stands in any business opportunity.

This forum certainly has 2) - what a sales force. I am assuming if the prospect is interesting it also has 3). All it needs, is to agree 1).

Travel is an option but by all means not the only one.

I am prepared to invest 5 fig's if the idea is good & others are prepared to invest.

Any interest ?

hmmm, its a nice idea. Think a few people on here have already gone merchant and/or network.

I don't have much to invest but I can a hard worker
