I know some networks pay you for introducing affiliates but do any pay you for introducing merchants?

AF do - I think it's about £100

The best I know of is Paid On Results (by quite some way) but you'd have to speak to Supercod about the exact details and they do have some quality control so you would need to get the site verified.
