Seems that now the pressure on networks is really starting to work (apparently they are no longer working with CJ) they have decided to go for direct relationships with merchants.

With regard to 180, they are signing up to networks under different names like Metrics Direct etc...
180 are planning to come to the UK to meet various networks with their various degrees of spin...
Chris,
with regard to your issue, that is why I feel merchants will only react when they see it happening to their own site. I know you have been against it from the start, but it's then when it hits home in your own backyard. An ideal scenario would be to have video footage of each merchant to capture the points when it happens.
Put it this way, we have done well out of your program, it's a good program, we are concerned about pushing to the same level if our cookies are going to be overwritten. You need to get hold of your network and get the video to see what link is attributed to the pop up.
Its not just merchant sites being afffected, affiliate sites are targeted as well.
999gi,
A leopard doesn't change it's spots and there has been no announcement and nothing written in T&C's which is approved and written by the affiliate community..then there is WhenU and others. This whole thing just isn't about 180
