Unable to get onto Webgains website....

Hi Guys,

Apologies for this, we're currently experiencing unexpected downtime on our UK domain only. This is only affecting our public facing website and should be sorted out soon.

I'm sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this is causing. I can assure you that we are currently working on getting this rectified.

I can confirm that all tracking, ad serving and content servers are all running fine and our other international websites are up as well.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need any further information.

I'll update this post once the problem has been resolved.

Morning

An update on the situation; we have been suffering a denial of service attack since late yesterday. It does not affect ad serving and tracking, only the login area for the UK site.

We are working closely with our hosting partner to resolve the issue and will post back here when there is more news.

This will not affect any of your activity with webgains and we thank you for your patience and understanding while we get the reporting area back online.

We had a temporary routing issue this morning, due to the fix we put in place over the weekend.

The public site should be up and running again. Apologies for the inconvenience this may be causing.
