If you jump straight in to PPC with a large budget but no experience you'll throw a lot of money away. It's like every other science, not as simple as it looks.
Hi all
We have a few affiliate sites which tick over but we are looking to give them a real go with increased expenditure. Currently they are run as part of our overall company but we are planning on allocating £5k-£6k on ppc and £2k on seo per month.
Obviously each site is different, but broadly speaking what return on Ppc are you getting per month? Ie for £5k what level of commission should we roughly expect?
Thanks in advance

Hi
Thanks folks - I have a lot of PPC experience having run a very successful travel company (and still do) but need to expand our affiliate sites perfortmance. Our main business generates around £15k profit for around £2k ppc so am trying to obtain approx affiliate figures. Our Seo cost per month at present is £500

Thanks for the replies
We actually also run another business which utlises PPC so we have around 10 years experience of this. Presently we spend around £1500 per month on PPC but can generate up to £10k of profit so I am trying to ascertain what we can expect from our aff sites. They currently do reasonable on SEO but needs a little work.
We are by no means newcomers to PPC!

If you need to ask that question, then you shouldn't go near PPC, unless you're looking to lose some profits for tax purposes.
