Can you recommend a great web designer?

I have always developed my own sites using wordpress and have been pretty successful with them. But now I have one site I would like to take to the next level and add alot more user functionality, which is beyond my capabilities.

Can anyone kindly recommend a decent web designer who has the perfect match of building stunning sites as well as understanding the needs of an affiliate marketeer?
