lost ranking

Hi everyone,

I was ranking on page one on google for a keyword and now it has just diappeared from the rankings.

any ideas why this has happened?

i am trully gutted about this, as i worked so hard to get to page one!

please can someone explain why this could have have happened. I did nor spam or do anything illegal. My url has just gone

Has it just dropped down a few pages? Could be because of the panda update?

Pretty sure Google has done a refresh as my meta descriptions have recently changed that I edited over Christmas (in the last 2-3 days) and I've noticed a bit of movement in the SERPS.

I have read similar things recently, I think this'll be the cause

I feel like i'm up and down the google rankings like a yoyo at the moment. I don't know what's going one with google, but i would love to see it just settle down for a bit.....
