best email marketing software/service

As per title, i am struggling to find a decent email software or service provider that works, i am using mailchimp at the moment and love the reporting aspect of it and would like the same features in some other software/service, i.e being able to import from excel, reports of who opened/clicked through to website etc.. for some reason it's just not working well, possibly hitting too many spam boxes

What are the other options out there?

I have been using we-send-it.com and it's really simple to use, easy to import existing email addresses and good reporting on opening rates etc

I've tried Mailchimp

I now use, and prefer, Aweber...it's pretty good :-)
