Google lost the plot?

Mr Google has sent me a message saying that on 17 Jan one of my sites has a problem.

"As of the last crawl of your website, you appear to be running WordPress 3.2."

Well it isn't.

So either it was crawled some time ago and the message was only recently published, or google's lost it.

Google seems to have a delay of up to 90 days before it spots a problem and then brings it to webmaster tools for attention, the only exception is a Manual penalty and if your site has been infected.
