Printable Vouchers?

Hi, I am working on a voucher/coupon website and hope to launch next month. In doing some research I see all the big names have printable vouchers for restaurants. Do these actually pay any commission or they just a carrot in to the site?

Never saw a system in the industry that pays for printable coupons.
I can't say that it can be done but is very hard.
To me is just promoting other without commission.

We have done them a couple of times, chef and brewer used to do a really good one that converted very well for us(this is going back a couple of years now though), usually CPA is paid per voucher download(so you get paid even if they never use it) payout can vary but is usually £1-£3
