    Hi

I am looking for an IVR system, i am basically looking to set up a system that can drive hot leads into call centers so for example

I broadcast to data offering financial solutions etc the customer will see the offer and call the number provided, once they call the number they are then taken through a number of questions to be qualified and if successful on the questions put into a call center

    Example:

the automated system plays a message and they select a key, if they meet the criteria they will come into the dedicated DDI we point it at

If anyone knows a decent company to use then please let me know

    Thanks

    Hi Correct,

It largely depends on how much you are charging per lead and what sort of volume you anticipate.

We chose to build callcommission.com on a dedicated Asterisk server. I recommend going down this route if you require the flexibility to drive down call costs and numbering charges.

By the sounds of it though a cloud based telco platform should be more than capable of performing the tasks you require.Check out Twilio | Build Scalable Voice, VoIP and SMS Applications in the Cloud
