My company is working for a large Home Improvement company with a trusted and respected brand. They are thinking about launching an affiliate program. This company covers the whole of Scotland but does not work south of the border. Could an affiliate channel still work for them?
They are willing to pay on a cost per sale basis which could be highly lucrative or potentially even on a cost per genuine sales opportunity.
I am conscious that affiliates want paid quickly and with either of the above models there could be a lengthy delay. Has anybody got any thoughts on a payment structure that satisfies company (ie only paying for a sale or only paying for a genuine selling opportunity) but that also motivates affiliates to sign up?
