get the client to upload the html as a newsletter link in their program links and you can use it from the network interface with prepopulated tracking links
Hi
I just wondered if there was a quicker way or software to insert my aff links in to merchants newsletters they send out with offers via the network as there is loads i would love to use but i cant as i cant spend all day using a networks link builder tool to create articles with my aff ids.
Optimus send out ready made articles for affiliates with their codes in already, this is brilliant , i dont mind creating the odd few articles but i simply dont have time to convert all articles sent through networks.
How do you get around this?
Thanks
Phil

Hi Phil,
Just to let you know, Webgains adds each affiliate's unique tracking parameters to all links in communications including the Webgains affiliate newsletter, as well as merchant emails. So it should be as easy as copying and pasting the links into your promotions.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Kind regards,

I agree with hero - any newsletters that may add value should be made available to you with pre-populated links as a creative by the network.
Hi Phil,
Apologies for the late reply, I was on leave.
Merchant posts and newsletters that are available to the public, for example certain sections of this forum and the Webgains blog (blog.webgains.com) will not contain any tracking parameters simply because these are unique to each affiliate and you need to be signed up to the merchant's affiliate program to promote them.
However, once you have joined a program on Webgains, you may start receiving emails from them as well as our affiliate newsletter. These all have your own unique tracking parameters added to links automatically.
Note that you can opt in and out of different types of communication with Webgains merchants.
Hope this helps, but please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind regards,
David
