Netfilx UK on Google, a couple of questions

Hi all,

Couldn't find anything on here about Netflix on google for the UK, apologies if i missed it.

I have just been approved on to the programme but all the information is presented in dollars. Is there a way i can change it to £?

Also, they pay for the following events:

DSP100
Netflix Display Offer
$12.00
DSP500STARS
Netflix Stars Offer
$25.00

Does anyone know what these are and how they differ? I thought they did a flat fee CPL for any free trial registrations?

I don't think there's that many affiliates using Google Affiliate Network in the UK.
