Anybody have experience with MediaCo (http://www.media.co.uk)?

I met them at Internet World and they gave a good impression. They don't employ the traditional "slick 16 year olds in a suit" sales people but had real SEO's and business development profs on site.

I have been optimising my company's sites part-time for a number of years and have been receiving top 5 positions on Google but now need to outsource due to other work pressures. Any recommendations on trustworthy SEO's?
