Affiliate marketing executive (London) £neg

Summary

Responsibilities are for all products relating to online gaming as well as poker and bingo affiliate programmes when they become available.

For clarity, the role has been divided into daily, monthly and quarterly activities.

Daily

1)Run and distribute daily affiliate report.
2)Answer all affiliate queries
3)Maintain detailed affiliate database which includes OID, site URL, current contact details, contract start/end dates, deal terms.
4)Actively source and sign up new affiliates; target – 5 active affiliates per product per month.
5)Supply new affiliates with OIDs, tracking codes, passwords.
6)Maintain OID logs. Maintain copies of all contracts, make sure any expired contracts are renewed promptly.
7)Maintain list of affiliate prize winners
8)Maintain record of current banner coverage
9)Maintain log of all contact with affiliates, phone or email, date and issues covered.
10)Make sure all affiliate info sites are kept up-to-date copy, banners and promotions all need to be kept current
11)Actively source and sign up new affiliates; target – 5 active affiliates per product per month.

Monthly:

1)Generate net profit calculations and KPI stats and distribute to affiliates.*
2)Collect invoices for profit share payable to affiliates and ensure timely payment.
3)Report internally on performance of affiliate in each program - number of new affiliates, number of active affiliates, number of accounts generated per affiliate, gross profit per affiliate etc/ breakdown for each product.
4)Devise monthly affiliate competition, and pick winner. Provide CS with this info and other input for monthly Spin newsletter.
5)Email or phone contact to non active affiliates informing them of lack of performance, encourage promotion and try to ensure they understand the latest promotions and have access to new creatives.
6)Review banner coverage across network. Communicate directly with any affiliates not actively promoting product/s.
7)Supply finance with any new spinroom affiliate details

Bi monthly:

1)Report MTD net profits and KPI stats to active affiliates (SR only)
2)Speak to top performing affiliates a min of twice per month to ensure that we continue to get prominence on their site. Encourage them to promote our other products and if necessary offer more favourable terms. Would like them to be viewed as VIP affiliates and manage them accordingly with increased incentives.

Quarterly:

1)Meet face to face with top 5-10 performing affiliates to encourage closer working relationships. Where this is not possible ensure that top clients are spoken to a minimum of twice per month.
2)Attend any affiliate conferences, seminars when available and relevant.
3)Present profit results of affiliates to the team in our quarterly review meeting. And results of number of new affiliates per quarter. Target is 15 new active affiliates per quarter per product.
