28 votes to 33 - very close call indeed. In the end we've decided to go with Affiliate Window. Their staff were prompt in responding to our queries. Plus, the EPC figures are extremely useful. They seem to be as good, if not better than Affiliate Future, with most things apart from the fact that they don't pay affiliates if a merchant scarpers without paying up. I sincerely hope they'll be able to protect affiliates in such a manner in future.

Alexa's chart is very interesting, as it shows the gap between the new kid on the block and the grandfather is closing

One thing that shocked me about both was they have a merchant selling cannabis seeds. Found it quite disturbing, but then again I'm probably a bit 'old fashioned'. Suppose I shouldn't mind if people want to destroy their brain cells and suffer greater likelihood of psychological disorders.

You are not "old fashioned" because you do not want to be associated with Drug Dealers!

I declined to allow this particular affiliate to join my programme and in fact try to ensure that we are not associated with "adult" affiliates as well.

Our site probably would not appeal to these people anyway, but it makes me feel better....
