We have recently launched our independent programme, but I was hoping to get some feedback on how affiliates currently feel about Independent Mobile Phone Merchants, and their programmes. Is there anything that can be done to instill further confidence? Is this a tarnished area, which will never recover after some of the problem programmes over the last few months?
What would it take for this to happen, a method of guaranteed payment perhaps? We are constantly looking at improving our programme, and we strongly believe that working closely and openly with affiliates is the best way to do this.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
