    Hi,
i`m very new to this and just starting to get my head around some of the phrases used etc. (let alone put them into practice)

How do i link to a particular product on a merchants website?

Is this controlled purely by available links shown on the network or can you have some artistic licence to build your pages/images as you wish?

Can anyone recommend a good network with real people to answer questions from a newbie?

I`m not too worried about range of product or earning potential at this stage, i just need to get my head around the basics and thought that maybe some of the smaller networks would be a good place to start.

    Hi PotBelly,

Deeplinking is very easy on AF and some of the other networks. All you do with us is add the url of your chosen destination after the &url= in our tracking links.

The art of a good affiliate is to create pages with some creative licence.

Drop me an email pete@affiliatefuture.co.uk and i'll give you a hand.

    Cheers

    Hiya Potbelly.

Linking to individual pages will be different with different programs or networks, but almost all decent networks will allow you to do this - the syntax will be from within your login area after signing up I would guess.
