    Sorry to post this here but as it effects two networks couldnt decide where to post it.

    Anyone noticed that CJ and Buyat have different performance tiers for ELC

    CJ

    Generate up to 5kGBP a month = 4% commission;
    Between 5kGBP and 10kGBP = 5%;
    Between 10kGBP and 20kGBP = 6%;
    Between 20kGBP and 50kGBP = 7%;
    Over 50kGBP = 8%

    Buy.at
    Up to £5000 a month = 4%
    £5000 a month in sales 4.5%
    £15000 a month in sales 5.5%
    £25000 a month in sales 6.5%
    £50000 a month in sales 8%

    Can someone from ELC please explain why not only the percentages but the qualifying tiers are different across the two networks as the combinations at the moment make it very difficult to judge which network to go with ....I would prefer to go with Buyat but on these figures it looks like financially I'd be marginally better off with CJ
    Never argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and then beat you with their experience.

    If ignorance is bliss then some of the people I know must be orgasmic.

    Hi

    Well Im not from ELC but I can explain why .

    The program needed some tiers - I gave it some with ELC's blessing - CJ will have reacted and asked for tiers up to the same percentage - their qualifying marks are slightly better what a surprise.

    What a waste of 2 minutes of life as I now have to ring ELC and change our tiers to match ( notice the word match as opposed to slightly beat ) the tiers available elsewhere after it was me who got them to look at this in the firstplace.

    Reminds me of when dgm2 offered an extra 20p for Britannia dvd lol - to much time to play with some people

    Cheers for the heads up mate

    Sorry for OT posting, but that's great news Malcolm! I've still got my adwords ads paused and waiting!
    Cheers, Darren
