    Hi all,

Can anyone assist? My sister is currently twiddling her thumbs in the evening for a couple of hours, and she'd like to earn some money during the evening. Now, I realise this sounds like some kind of East European "sell my sister" scam, but it isn't

Basically, even though we live in the 21st century, my sister doesn not have a pc, so I said I'd make some enquiries on her behalf. Does anyone know of any reputable, work-from-home schemes that don't require travel? (She's also without a car, as well as a pc). Envelope stuffing, etc?

If this is the wrong place for this post, perhaps even the wrong forum, my apologies, and I welcome any suggestions.

    Kind regards,

    Mike Kingscott.

Why not have a look at the site below might be of use to you - http://www.homeworking.com/

Also why not look into her being a mystery shopper. I think this is something that can be done without needing a pc.

Yeah, try that, if she's interested in the idea.

I tried it when times were hard.

It does pay reasonably, though not well, but if you did enough of it (so you got good at the observation bit, writing reports, etc) it seems like something that could be enjoyable. For me, the problem was that it just didn't pay well enough when compared with the alternatives - which involve having a PC and knowing how to use it.

For some people though, it's interesting, fun, entertaining and profitable if you are good at analysis, writing, observation, etc.

Yep, she's computer literate, and can have access to the Net if she wants to use one of those cool BT Internet kiosks....

I would suggest Ebay as a good place to start. Two people i know who had never even USED a computer until just over twelve months ago now make a full time living via Ebay. One of them buys stuff from car boots sales and the like and resells them online. In his first year he turned over 30 grand. Bear i mind that his costs were at car boot prices! allthough i must say he is particulary dedicated to finding new stuff to sell.

The other person is a much bigger operation, he bought a container of 'items' from China and resells them on Ebay

I once bought a $99 (+$4.00 postage back to the UK) CD full of web design templates. In a period of two months i resold them dozens of times.

    good luck

    Andy
