This is all I do, so I be aroundGraeme also ... plan to work from home during most of that period so it be email based support.
The servers are all monitored every 5 mins so anything happens with them no matter what day it is or time it is, Graeme and I will be alerted on our mobile and pagers so if anything was to happen you know we both will know and are working towards a fix. Our upstream providers have around the clock support teams who work all year round 24/7 also, so while I don't ever want anything like that to happen, it could and folk are standing by at all times.
