ADWORDS - I've been taken off. Help needed. Do not meet guidelines.

Having subscribed to Google Adwords this week and seeing it actually working for me I have now received an email from Google.

It reads:

Thank you for advertising with Google AdWords. After reviewing your
account, I have found that one or more of your ads or keywords does not
meet our guidelines. The results are outlined in the report below.

I don't understand why I have been taken off. Pop ups ???
I have searched for "promotion codes" in Google and find the number 1 spot taken by "www.cashbacktoyou.co.uk"
This site is very much like mine and also opens new windows.
Therefore can anyone shine any light on why mine has been blocked?

If I need to change the HTML code to stop new windows opening up please inform me what I insert . Many thanks

i think it's the javascript you have that pops up the "don't forget to bookmark us" alert box.

That's definately it - no popups are allowed on the landing page from Google Adwords.
