Make sure that you have a product feed available, with plenty of good descriptive text for each product. Make new creative for special occasions (Valentines, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.) but maintain the existing creative. Let affiliates know when there is a significant change to the product feed or new creatives via an email newsletter.
And don't try to undercut the market - this will start a price war and everyone will lose outAdd value instead - free giftwrap, personal message card, that kind of thing...
