Online Marketing Recommendations

Hi All

Wanted to get some advice or recommendations from you all.

My company have been wrestling with our online marketing for sometime with mixed results but we've decided now to try to step it up and employ a 'proffessional' company or individual to run our affiliate programme, cpc, email marketing etc.

I'm weighing up the benifits of employing someone in-house or out sourcing it to a marketing company.

Ideally we'd like a company to take the web hosting, changes etc. as well.

Can you recommend any companies we should be speaking to?
