    Hello,

Firstly, I'm quite new to affiliate schemes, so if I ask any stupid questions whilst posting on the forum, please ignore me

Right, basically I am a fairly experienced eBay seller. Whilst browsing the site, I've noticed that a number of people are listing contract mobile phones on eBay. After checking out the details, I found that basically they are running the auction containing all the details of the contract etc and then asking people to pay say a £10 deposit. Once they have paid this, they are linking the customer to the order form of the offer they have bid on, on a white label e2save website. Once they have placed the order, they are refunded the deposit by the seller.

Is it ok to do this or does it break any rules? I assume that it is ok because they actually have a specialist contract phones category on eBay, and eBay are getting their fees etc because the bidder is actually "paying" an amount for the item as far as eBay are concerned.

    Thought I'd better check though?

Edit: I don't mean the adverts where there is a link to buy the product directly in the listing. In the auctions I'm on about, the order form link is sent after the bidder has bought the item.
