    Hi everyone,

Just to let you all know, Lloyds TSB Insurance have just increased their commissions payable on all Car and Home Insurance sales to 3 figure sum!.

This is for a 6 week period, after which we are proposing moving to a two tier commission structure.

Can you let me know what you think?

    Thanks

In case anyone else is looking for it, the program is on CJ and pays out $160/sale - so £84.37 (not quite 3 figure!)

If you use the 5% off car insurance link on CJ it goes to a home insurance page with BrandID=TRADEDOUBLER in the URL - Sounds like you'll want to watch the tracking on this one!

    Hi all,

We have revised the US Dollar amount to reflect that it is £100 GBP which is $188 USD.

    Thanks for spotting it!

Brad (and anyone else who reads this),

Lloyds TSB are currently producing a new creative suite for you all to use to help get our programme working even better.

We have taken advice from several affiliates, TD and CJ to get the best sized banners for you all to use.

Also shortly there will be some more copy coming your way to also help promote us, as due to FSA guidelines, you cannnot use your own copy - unfortunately!

Hope this helps you with your decision - any other questions or advice you can give me is more than welcome!

    Brad,

This will just be a bank of text that will have been written and approved by us for you to use - hence it will not break FSA Compliance.

Therefore - instead of you freelance writing something to promote our products (which is now against FSA compliance unless you are regulated in your own right by the FSA) you will be able to use actual approved text.

    Hope that helps you?

    Thanks

Please may we have an direct answer to the above question

[QUOTE]If you use the 5% off car insurance link on CJ it goes to a home insurance page with BrandID=TRADEDOUBLER in the URL - Sounds like you'll want to watch the tracking on this one![QUOTE]

Also when using a TD link a pop up is automaticlaly delivered with the folowwing message.

"When you leave this page you will be transferred to a website operated by Churchill Insurance Company Limited, who will provide your quote for Lloyds TSB Car Insurance. Click to proceed."

Which is a different domain? So doe sthis still track?

    Hi all,

Ok - even though the brand id has brand=tradedoubler in it, it does not stop the tracking of the sales for specific CJ or TD sales.

All sales for Lloyds TSB are tracked via a comm. code, which is the MH*** code (for home insurance) or MM*** code (for car insurance) - you will see within the url that you call.

TD and CJ have specific comm codes relating to them (different one for CJ to TD), meaning that all sales made will be attributed to the right place.

On the other issue of the car insurance being provided by Churchill, this is due to the fact that Lloyds TSB Insurance has recently switched provider. The sales are being attributed as per the communication you have had from CJ/TD in November.

Any more questions, please post a reply - or email me direct on:

    thanks everyone!

Lloyds TSB Insurance on CJ :

    the links
3 Month EPC (GBP) 7 Day EPC (GBP)
    £102.91 £127.05
